Terms and Conditions
Any personal or financial/banking information gathered by us will not be shared with any 3rd parties.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Shipping address and contact number will be given to our trust courier.

We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of clearance of necessary funds, subject to availability. Bespoke/custom orders will usually take 7-10 working days to be completed and delivered.
At peak times this may not be achievable due to high volume orders. You will be notified at time of ordering if there is to be any delay expected.


Delivery will be up to 2 days, from dispatch date, via courier (excluding larger items such as tables etc). All deliveries MUST be signed for. In the event of a card being left by the courier you must contact the courier within 3 days to rearrange delivery, failure to do so will result in the package being returned to us and an additional charge will apply for re-dispatch of the product. In the case of the customer wanting a refund on a returned package a P&P fee will be withheld by us from the original total equivalent to the carriage paid by us for original dispatch.
For delivery of larger items by our team there must be suitable clearance and unobstructed access available. Any pets and young children must be kept at a safe distance and under control.
We accept no responsibility for any damage or injury caused if the above conditions are not met and the delivery driver has the right to refuse to deliver beyond your doorstep if he deems that it is unsafe to do so.

When arranging a delivery by our team we will agree on a day and an aimed am or pm time slot. Exact times can not be given. If you are not in on the arranged day when our driver arrives we will attempt to contact you on the number given at time of ordering and will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes.
If we have been unable to deliver due to any of the above conditions not being met we will charge a fee of 25% of the purchase price up to a maximum of £250 for redelivery. I you wish to cancel your order after a failed delivery attempt by our team the fee of 25% of the purchase price up to a maximum of £250 will be withheld from your refund.
You can rearrange delivery up to 2 working days before the arranged delivery date at no extra cost.

In the unlikely event of receiving goods in damaged packaging , please do not accept delivery. If product is faulty/damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For bespoke/custom orders that are incorrect due to customers instruction being wrong at time of order we will not issue a refund though we will do our best to resolve the problem where possible in the fairest possible way.

Canceling your order: You can cancel your order of standard products at any time prior to dispatch at no cost and a full refund will be issued.If you cancel after dispatch notice has been sent but before delivery is accepted then the original P&P costs will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel after your order has been delivered you are responsible for the return costs and the original P&P costs will be deducted from your refund.
For bespoke/custom/made to measure/personalised orders no refund will be given for cancelled orders unless previously arranged via email.

Product return costs must be met by the customer unless pre-arranged.

As all of our products are made from natural materials appearance and sizes may differ slightly from the photo and product description, all photos are for reference only. 

Free UK delivery is for UK Mainland.

Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands and non UK addresses are chargeable for delivery.

We accept no responsibility for damage/injury caused by use/misuse/mis-fitting/inappropriate application of any of our products/services. Full help and instruction on use/care of all our products is available on request.
