Large Items
NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLANDS AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR FREE DELIVERY AREA. SHIPPING COST WITH BE ADDED AT CHECKOUT.

Our delivery service is 1 man and ground floor room of choice.

Help must be available to carry large items unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Almost all of our large item deliveries will be carried out on a Saturday or Sunday. We try to give at least 7 to 10 days notice of the delivery date and time.

If you have pets, please make sure they are safely out of way before answering the door, we don't want to be stepping on any paws while carrying heavy items 
 Larger items such at Dining Tables, Kitchen Islands, Larder Units, Bookcases and Oversized Bespoke items will be delivered by ourselves in person. We aim to deliver these items within the times below.

If you are not in to accept delivery on any agreed date a charge of £75 will be payable for a failed delivery attempt and a re-delivery arranged for a later date.
If you decide to cancel your order after dispatch or after a failed delivery attempt £75 will be deducted from your refund.

Smaller Items
For most of our smaller items we aim to dispatch within 14 working days and send via Parcelforce tracked 24 hour service.
Bespoke order delivery will be stated at time of quote.
We do our best to keep to the above time frames but please remember we are making your order by hand and at busy times like Christmas these times may be extended, if in doubt please ask.
Most UK Mainland deliveries are free of charge.
A dispatch email will be sent to you the day before with tracking details. If you are not in to accept delivery a card will be left and the item held for 3 days at your local depot. If you fail to contact the courier to rearrange delivery within this time the item will be returned to us and a further charge will be payable to resend your order. Adding a mobile phone contact number at checkout will help avoid this with text updates on delivery and a time slot.

If you decide to cancel your order after dispatch or after a failed delivery attempt £75 will be deducted from your refund.
 
We will notify you directly usually at least 5-7 days in advance of the intended delivery date and give an estimated 3 hour time slot. Please be aware, our routes are long and the time slot is only an estimate. Please allow for 30 mins either side of this time. If we are ahead or behind by more than 30 minutes on the day we will try to keep you informed.
You can refuse this delivery slot and it will be rescheduled for the next time the van is in your area
(we can not guarantee how long this will be).
Cancelation / Returns
We accept returns on standard items only. Returns can be made within 14 DAYS of delivery.

In the unlikely event of receiving goods in damaged packaging , please do not accept delivery. If product is faulty/damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For bespoke/custom orders that are incorrect due to customers instruction being wrong at time of order we will not issue a refund though we will do our best to resolve the problem where possible in the fairest possible way.

Cancelling your order: You can cancel your order of standard products at any time prior to dispatch at no cost and a full refund will be issued. If you cancel after dispatch notice has been sent but before delivery is accepted then the original P&P costs will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to return your item after your order has been delivered you are responsible for the return costs and the original P&P costs will be deducted from your refund.
For bespoke/custom/made to measure/personalised orders no refund will be given for cancelled orders unless previously arranged via email.

Product return costs must be met by the customer unless pre-arranged.

We do not accept returns on bespoke items, this includes size changes, design changes and colour matches outside our displayed colour range.

As all of our products are made from natural materials appearance and sizes may differ slightly from the photo and product description, all photos are for reference only.
