Excellent Product and Superb After Sales Service
I received our order of a Port Isaac Butchers Block Kitchen Island with Drawer and two matching stools, and they looked brilliant and were a well-made, quality product as expected. When my wife arrived home, she asked me if the tops were made of Oak as they looked quite light in colour. I said 'no - they are made of Pine'. She had ordered them to be made in Oak, but this had not been clearly stated in the Invoice, which we had paid in full in advance. I was not involved in the original order.
I then read some of the reviews of the company and while most were excellent, there were a few negative reviews about the company and its follow up service. I rang Adam and explained the problem and he agreed that there had been a misunderstanding. He did not try to transfer the blame and was very professional. He agreed to replace the tops of the stools and the block with Oak. Adam always answered my calls and was always responsive with updates and provided a clear date and time to drive to Norfolk to replace the tops.
We were away from home when he completed the job, and we were absolutely delighted with the finished product. Thank you, Adam, you deserve five stars for your company.

Quality
Very pleased with our 2 x Butchers blocks, the quality of the blocks is easy to see and appreciate. I dyed the blocks light oak and gave them 4 coats of the supplied oil and they came to life. They have turned our lovely new kitchen into a WOW new kitchen . Thank you.
