This butchers block kitchen island is part of our exclusive Port Royal furniture range.
Beautifully constructed and hand waxed in medium oak with a clear oiled top this butchers block style island really is a substantial piece of furniture.
Available in various sizes, with the option to add locking wheels, all of which are 36 inches (92cm) high the same as a standard kitchen worktop.
Supplied with antibacterial food safe treatment oil for ongoing care.
Extras such as hooks, wine racks, drawers and doors can be included on request.

Excellent piece of furniture - superb service
As described, this is not a commercial chopping block but a 'statement' piece of furniture. It is well put together and very sturdy.
Ours is a bespoke size and ordering to delivery was handled very efficiently. The delivery itself was well communicated and the block arrived well protected.
We took 6 days to allow the block to come up to room temperature and apply the (supplied) anti bacterial oil - allowing 24 hrs between coats. Now that is finished, the block is an excellent addition to the kitchen.
Wouldn't hesitate to use Captains-Craftworks in the future.
